Laura currently serves as the Senior Director of Partnerships at Howl, where they manage brand partnerships and oversees the creation platform's commerce and payments technology. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Rokt, managing client accounts. Laura also held roles at EX.CO (formerly Playbuzz), where they served as a Senior Partner Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager, working with publishers and brands to drive revenue through interactive content. Laura's earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Time Out Group plc and as a Customer Service Manager at PulteGroup, where they focused on resolving customer issues and ensuring high-quality service.
Laura Booth has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Economics and Finance from the University of South Carolina. In addition, they hold certifications in Coaching: The Indispensable Leadership Skill from Stanford Continuing Studies, and Customer Service Deliver and Develop Levels: Certified Facilitator, as well as Leadership Deliver and Develop Levels: Certified Facilitator, both obtained from Miller Heiman Group.
