Emma Kerin

Emma Kerin has extensive experience in IT and customer support, currently serving as the MSP Account Team Leader at Planet IT since September 2015, where previous roles included MSP Account Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and IT Support Technician. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Head of Software Support and Office Manager at FOCUS MICRO SYSTEMS LIMITED, gaining expertise in property management software, customer training, and compliance with accounting standards. Emma's career began with positions at Carbosynth Limited and Get Support IT Services Limited as an SOP and IT Support Technician, respectively, alongside an earlier role as a Telemarketer at Planet IT. Emma's education includes attendance at Zenos IT Academy and Didcot Girls School, with ongoing studies at The Open University.
