Hira Nadeem

Hira Nadeem is an experienced Space Systems Engineer currently employed at Planet since January 2023. Hira also serves as President and Co-Founder of Zenith Canada Pathways Foundation, contributing to initiatives that promote engagement in the Canadian space sector since August 2020. Previous roles include Mitacs Intern at Mission Control, Manufacturing and Test Engineering Intern at Planet, and Operations and Co-Project Manager at McMaster NEUDOSE, where Hira led critical phases of the Canadian CubeSat Project. Hira has held leadership positions in SEDS Canada, including President and Director of Advocacy, and has gained additional technical experience through internships at Sinclair Interplanetary and Hydro One. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Science from Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from McMaster University.
