Keith Thorne is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in both management and hands-on development. Currently serving as the Director Of Software and Engineering Manager at Planet since May 2019, Keith previously held roles at HERE Technologies, where responsibilities included leading the B2C engineering teams and serving as Berlin Engineering Lead. Earlier career highlights include key engineering positions at HERE, Nokia, and Gate5, where leadership of engineering teams and development of innovative navigation solutions were pivotal. Educational qualifications include an HND in Software Development from The University of Salford, completed in 1998.
