Sam st. Lifer

Sam St. Lifer currently serves as Lead Sales Engineer for the Americas in the Global Defense and Intelligence sector at Planet, having joined the company in June 2021. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at BAE Systems, Inc., including Senior Sales Engineer and Senior Application Engineer, from November 2015 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a GIS Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University and as a Geospatial Analyst at Trimble Maps. Sam holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from West Virginia University.
