Subhalakshmi Bhagawati

Subhalakshmi Bhagawati has extensive experience in community engagement and project management. Subhalakshmi has held roles such as Community Engagement Manager at Planet Smart City, Project Associate at Development And Justice Initiative, and State Coordinator at Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) for Vikaspedia in Assam. Additionally, Subhalakshmi has experience as a Research Associate at the Bureau of Research on Industry and Economic Fundamentals and as an Exchange Student at the University of Kassel under the DAAD Scholarship program. Subhalakshmi has a Master's degree in Labour Studies and Social Protection from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the same institution.
