Brian MacDougall

Brian MacDougall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services, marketing, and graphic design. Since 2019, Brian has served as a Client Services Assistant at Spooner Medical Administrators, Inc., while also holding the position of Special Projects Administrator and previously Marketing Assistant at Spooner Incorporated since 2013. In these roles, Brian facilitated various company initiatives, contributed to securing new business, and developed policies for new business lines. Brian has also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Zazzle and CafePress Inc. since 2004, creating original designs for merchandise. Additionally, Brian contributed regularly as a freelance writer for American Greetings Interactive between 2011 and 2015, producing poetry and blogs. Earlier career experience includes several years as a sales associate at Borders Books and Waldenbooks. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Miami University.
