Marianna Zarro

Marianna Zarro is an accomplished student and emerging leader in the field of STEM, currently serving as a Mentee at Lead The Future Mentorship since March 2023, a highly selective program with a less than 20% acceptance rate. As a Planetary Health Campus Ambassador since January 2023, Marianna engages in educational initiatives surrounding planetary health. Previously, Marianna contributed as a Visiting Research Student at the University of Warwick, focusing on applications of new technologies for contact tracing and infection control. Additional experience includes tutoring first-year medical students and a research traineeship in endocrine disruptors at ICS Maugeri. Marianna is pursuing higher education at Università di Pavia and holds a diploma in Oboe from Conservatorio di musica Nicola Sala.
