Carina Johed

Carina Johed has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Carina is currently the CTO & Co-Founder of Planethon, where they combine science, AI, and entrepreneurship to develop business opportunities promoting a planet-positive world. Before that, they were the CEO & Founder of occo consulting AB. Carina also served as a Board Member at Brilliant Future AB and worked as a CTO and Tech Advisor at BackingMinds. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Carina held various positions at SEB, including Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Architect, and System Owner. Carina started their career as a Project Manager and Technical Specialist at Modul 1. Overall, Carina has extensive experience in technology, project management, and consultancy in sectors such as finance, industrial, and consumer goods.

Carina Johed has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they attended Stockholm University and took an introductory course on Perspectives on Sustainable Development. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Informatics from the University of Borås from 1994 to 1999. In 1998, they also completed an MSc program in Information and Decision Support at San Diego State University. Additionally, Carina Johed has obtained several certifications, including Neo4j Applied Graph Algorithms and Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo4j in 2019, as well as a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2018.
