Adrian Tay serves as the Director of APAC at Kellton, overseeing business growth, operations, partnerships, and performance in the region since April 2023. With over 20 years of experience, Adrian specializes in building multi-cultural teams and driving digital transformation for clients through innovative solutions and emerging technologies. Previously, Adrian held various roles at PlanetPro, including General Manager APJC, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and administration, and Engagement Manager APJC, which involved direct supervision of staff and performance management. Adrian began the career as a Team Lead and 2nd Level Analyst, focusing on backend administrative management and team productivity. Adrian holds a diploma in Information Technology, Networking, and Internet Security from Temasek Polytechnic.
