Dirkjan Bussink

Dirkjan Bussink has a long history of work experience. Dirkjan began as a student assistant at the University of Twente in 2003. In 2005, they were a developer at Jool and an intern at Monito. Dirkjan also worked as a system administrator and software developer at Byte Internetservices, developing several tools. From 2006 to 2008, they were self-employed, providing software development and consultancy services. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a software engineer at Nedap. Finally, from 2013 to 2021, Dirkjan was a Principal Software Engineer at GitHub.

Dirkjan Bussink completed their Bachelor degree cum laude in Computer Science from the University of Twente in 2004. Dirkjan then went on to pursue a Master degree in Human Media Interaction from the same university, which they completed in 2008.
