Demetrios Miras

Demetrios Miras is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic growth with extensive experience in the Business Intelligence, Performance Management, and Predictive Analytics sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Planful since March 2022, Demetrios previously held positions including Director of Strategic Growth at Pursuit IQ and Customer Success Director at BOARD International. Additional roles include Corporate Account Manager at Adaptive Insights and Applications Sales Representative at Oracle, where strategic sales efforts were focused on analytics and business intelligence solutions. Demetrios has a robust background in managing proposals and accounts, originating from a decade-long tenure at State Street Bank which encompassed senior management roles. Academically, Demetrios holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
