Erin McKenna

Erin McKenna serves as a Customer Success Manager at Planful since March 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held several positions at Care.com from June 2018 to July 2022, including Senior Marketing Associate, Marketing Associate, and Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility Intern. In the internship, Erin gained valuable experience by observing media inquiries, assisting in media list building, and drafting communication pitches. Erin has demonstrated ability in managing relationships with media personnel and utilizing tools such as Cision, HARO, and BuzzSumo. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, graduating between 2016 and 2018.
