Grant Condon

Grant Condon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Grant is currently working as the Director of Operations at Planful since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Deal Desk Manager at Planful from March 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Planful, Grant worked at OmniSci from 2016 to 2020. In their role as the Revenue Operations Manager, they led initiatives on corporate pricing strategy and created the first framework for the Deal Desk program. Grant also developed a sales enablement curriculum for the go-to-market team and managed the technical stack for Revenue Operations and Sales Operations. Earlier at OmniSci, Grant worked as the Business Development Manager, where they led the field framework and go-to-market strategy for OEM sales, as well as the strategy for OEM pricing and deal structuring.

Prior to OmniSci, Grant worked at CLSA from 2008 to 2015, serving as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader and a Sales Trading Assistant. Grant also had a brief role as a Broker at Maxim Group in 2007.
