Jon Ragsdale

Jon Ragsdale has over 8 years of professional experience. Jon began their career in 2010 as a Corps Member and Team Leader at City Year Greater Philadelphia. In 2012, they joined Lincoln Financial Group as a Relationship Manager- Life Operations, where they were responsible for advocating and delivering quality services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Jon also participated in Lincoln's highly competitive Leadership Preparation Program, where they managed a Lean Six Sigma project, led a 12-month initiative to improve the Selling Agreement process, and produced 6 videos for business initiatives. In 2019, they became a Sales Executive at The Savings Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts. Most recently, they joined PlanGap as a Business Development and Internal Wholesaler.

Jon Ragsdale obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College between 2006 and 2010. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Lincoln Financial Group Continuous Improvement Academy. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Influencing People from Coursera. In 2021, they became a Section4 Certified Strategist from Section4. Jon is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute from LOMA.
