Lindsey Stroud has been working in the customer success field since 2011. Lindsey began their career as the Director of Membership at the Lake Charles Country Club in 2011, where they were responsible for building positive relations internally and externally, acting as a liaison between membership and the Board of Directors, and engaging in event participation, social media outreach, and relationship building. In 2012, they began working at Hatchbuck as a Consultant and Marketing Coordinator & Contributing Blog Writer, where they helped analyze and implement marketing and sales strategies. From 2014-2017, they served as an Organizer & Marketing Mentor for Startup Weekend SWLA, coordinating KPLC TV interviews, forming and managing communities on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and providing feedback surrounding marketing plans. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Benchmark Email, and is set to begin working as a Customer Success Manager at Planhat in 2022.
Lindsey Stroud attended Foxcroft Academy from 2003 to 2007 and then went on to earn a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Drury University between 2007 and 2011.
