Socrates P. has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Socrates is currently working as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at PlanHub since February 2022. Before that, they worked at TK Elevator for nearly 9 years, where they served as a Financial Reporting Manager from July 2017 to December 2021 and as the Head Accountant and Tax from July 2013 to July 2017. Prior to TK Elevator, Socrates worked at AEL Sistemas as an Accounting and Tax Manager from August 2011 to July 2013. Socrates also worked at Soluções Usiminas as an Accounting Coordinator from June 2008 to August 2011, Gerdau as an Accounting Analyst from June 2006 to May 2008, Rio Grande Energia - RGE as a Business Analyst from May 2005 to July 2006, and at thyssenkrupp Elevadores as an Accounting Analyst from January 2001 to May 2005.

Socrates P. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Socrates then pursued a post-graduate degree in Controlling and International Accounting - USGAAP and IFRS from Faculdade São Francisco de Assis. In terms of certifications, Socrates P. obtained their CPA license from Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do RS (CRCRS) in Brazil in December 2002. Socrates also received a certification in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in September 2020. Additionally, Socrates P. obtained the FP&A Modeling (FPAMC©) certification from Wall Street Prep in March 2023.
