Tina Nguyen

Tina Nguyen is a skilled customer service representative with extensive experience in client relations across various sectors. Currently employed at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest since November 2020, Tina establishes rapport with clients while addressing their medical and educational needs. Prior to this, Tina worked at GEICO, where proficiency in managing high call volumes and addressing customer inquiries related to billing and policy changes was demonstrated.
