Tania Socarras

Tania Socarras has extensive work experience in the field of program management and advocacy. Tania began their career in 2009 as a Founding Member of the Girls Coalition of Miami Dade, where they worked to support and empower young girls in the community. In 2011, they joined the Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a Senior Program Officer, and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager in December 2017. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and implementing various programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing reproductive health and supporting women's rights. Tania's dedication and expertise have made a significant impact in their field of work.

Tania Socarras attended the University of Florida from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature and Political Science. Tania then went on to Syracuse University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration. Additionally, during the same period at Syracuse University, they also studied at the Maxwell School.
