Stephen Hayes (Randy)

Stephen (Randy) Hayes is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in asset management and logistics operations within the defense sector. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at Planned Systems International since November 2019, Stephen oversees over 30,000 assets, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, processing, storage, and delivery to support government personnel. Previous roles include Logistics Lead for ARMA Global Corporation, Senior Logistics Manager, and various leadership positions in the U.S. Air Force, where Stephen directed large teams and managed multi-billion dollar assets. Stephen holds two associate degrees in Industrial Management Technology and Aviation Maintenance Tech, complemented by additional education from Trident University International.
