Olga Kukushkina has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing. Olga started their career in 2016 as a Digital Marketing and PR Manager at Avatarico, where they increased online presence and managed partnered content with influencers. In 2017, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Bestwatch.ru, formulating social media strategies and boosting brand awareness.
From 2017 to 2019, Olga worked at Neotologia-Group, first as a Content Editor and Digital Marketing Manager where they relaunched the foxford.news project, and later as the Head of Content Marketing and Product Marketing Manager, where they took ownership of digital and media communications, set up social media marketing campaigns, and generated leads through content marketing.
In 2019, Olga became self-employed and worked as a Freelance Marketing Manager, executing integrated marketing campaigns and formulating marketing strategies for various companies in different sectors.
In 2020, Olga joined Planner 5D as a Product Marketing Manager and later became a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where they took ownership of content marketing, led content creation and distribution, and launched online courses in multiple languages.
Currently, Olga holds the position of Product Marketing Team Lead at Planner 5D. In this role, they have developed marketing and product go-to-market strategies, launched product marketing campaigns, and collaborated with the CRM team to drive user onboarding and engagement.
Olga Kukushkina completed their education at Saint Petersburg State University. Olga earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from 2016 to 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Olga has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Product Mindset" from ProductSense. In November 2021, they attended "YAC: The conference about EdTech" organized by Yandex. In February 2022, they completed the "Product Management Skills Test" conducted by GoPractice, Inc. In March 2022, they participated in the "Digital Marketing Europe 2022 Conference" held by DATA MINER, UAB. Finally, in April 2023, they obtained the "Product Marketing Foundations" certification from LinkedIn.
