Stephen Houff

Stephen Houff is the President at Plano-Coudon since August 2021. Previously, Stephen held various leadership positions at Forrester Construction from February 1999 to July 2021, including President, Senior Vice President, and Group Vice President. Prior to that, Stephen was a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from August 1993 to January 1999. Stephen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
