Franca-Sofia Fehrenbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital transformation roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at PlanRadar, Franca-Sofia previously held the position of Director of Customer Success at TeamViewer and worked as a Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Strategist at Tricentis. Prior experiences also include serving as a Software Engineer at Fluidtime Data Services GmbH and a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at the Vienna University of Technology. Academically, Franca-Sofia pursued studies at Technische Universität Wien and the University of Vienna.
