Subhajit Sarkar

Subhajit Sarkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Subhajit started their career with Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2013 as a Programmer Analyst, where they worked for a US-based insurance client for over 2 years in Java development. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as analysis, design, coding, testing, and support of insurance applications.

In 2016, Subhajit joined LABVANTAGE Solutions, Inc. as an Associate Solutions Engineer. Subhajit spent two years in this role, gaining experience in laboratory information management systems. Subhajit led a team and engaged with clients from different geographical regions, working on requirements gathering, application development, enhancement, and maintenance. Subhajit also presented to clients and handled front-end and back-end technologies such as Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.

Next, Subhajit joined SpanIdea Systems in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they worked on an IoT project, developing a Centralized Management System for medical devices. Subhajit was a full-stack developer, utilizing Angular 7 and Spring Boot 2.0 with Azure as a backend service.

In 2019, Subhajit moved to ITC Infotech as a Lead Consultant. Subhajit worked on applications for a US-based investment banking client, developing credit check and analytics applications. Subhajit also worked as a full-stack developer for the data analytics team, responsible for developing client-focused analytics products running on the public cloud using ReactJS and Spring Boot.

Currently, Subhajit is employed at PlanSource as a Senior Software Engineer and has recently been promoted to the role of Lead Software Engineer in October 2021. Further details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Subhajit Sarkar completed their primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, I.I.M Joka, from 2006 to 2007 for AISSE and in 2008 to 2009 for AISSCE. Subhajit then attended Budge Budge Institute of Technology 276 from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

Apart from their formal education, Subhajit Sarkar also pursued several additional certifications. Subhajit obtained German A1 and A2 certifications from inlingua in May 2021 and July 2021, respectively. In January 2018, they earned a certification in AWS Cloud Computing from Collabera Inc. Additionally, in August 2015, they became an Oracle Certified Java Professional through NIIT Limited.
