Don Libbey

Don Libbey, currently the Vice President / Construction Manager at Plant Construction Company, LP, has been focused on delivering challenging seismic retrofit and repurposing projects since joining in April 2001. Prior to that, Don worked at Jacobs from August 1986 to April 2001, where Don served as a Project Manager on various transportation and new building projects. Don earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1986.
