Carl Kopecky

Carl Kopecky is an experienced manager in the food manufacturing and biopharmaceutical industries with a comprehensive background in operations, production, and sales management. Currently serving as General Manager at Plant Tours since August 2021, Carl oversees day-to-day operations and leads a multi-unit operation generating over $20 million in revenue. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Performance Staffing Solutions, Inc., and Plant Manager at FTD Companies, where responsibilities involved managing large teams and logistics within high-pressure environments. Carl's earlier experience includes production supervision at CSL Behring and territory sales management at All Seasons Home Improvements, as well as service in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from DePaul University and an Associate of Arts from Harper College.
