Michael Ramseier began their work experience in 2012 as a Koch at Spital Emmental. Michael then worked as a Koch at Energy-Kitchen from 2013 to 2014, and later became a Küchenchef at the same company from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Service Praktikum at Restaurant NOA. Michael then moved on to 25hours Hotels in 2018, where they completed a Junior-Kaderpraktikum Front Office. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Eventmanager at Gourmetbox GmbH. Since 2021, they have been with Planted, initially working as an Area Sales Representative, then as a Sales Manager Deutsch-Schweiz, and currently serving as the Head of Foodservice Sales Switzerland.
Michael Ramseier attended gibb Berufsfachschule Bern from 2008 to 2011, where they received a degree in Koch EFZ. Michael then pursued further studies at gibb Berufsfachschule Bern from 2012 to 2013, earning a degree in Diätkoch EFZ. From 2017 to 2019, Michael attended Hotelfachschule Thun, where they obtained a Dipl. Hotelier-Restaurateur HF degree.
