Huntington Davis

Huntington Davis has worked in various roles in the food industry since 2007. From 2007-2008, they were a Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Assistant at Colorado State University. From 2008-2009, they were a Graduate Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University. From 2009-2012, they worked as a Molecular Biologist at Gevo and as a Manufacturing Associate (contract) at Amgen. From 2012-2014, they were a Senior Scientist and Staff Scientist at MycoTechnology Inc. In 2020, they were a Senior Food Scientist at Conagra Brands, and in 2021 they were the Vice President of Product Development at The Better Meat Co. Currently, they are the Director of Product at Plantible Foods.

Huntington Davis received their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Colorado State University between 2004 and 2008. Huntington then went on to The Ohio State University, where they earned a Master's degree in Microbiology between 2009 and 2011.
