Marcelo Casagrande

Marcelo Casagrande currently serves as the COO at Plascar since July 2021, following a role as COO for South America at Adler Pelzer Group from June 2019 to July 2021. Previous positions include General Plant Manager for South America at Adient and Johnson Controls, as well as Director of Industrial and Supply Chain at Perfipar S/A. Marcelo has extensive experience in plant management and operational leadership dating back to their tenure at Faurecia Automotive do Brasil and Trützschler GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to professional roles, Marcelo has also contributed to academia as a professor at UNINTER and FAMEC. Marcelo holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Ibmec, an Executive MBA in Industrial Management from FAE Centro Universitário, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
