Chris Kellegher

Chris Kellegher has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the semiconductor and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Service Engineer II at Plasma-Therm LLC since November 2011, Chris has a strong background in manufacturing and servicing plasma etch and deposition equipment. Previous roles include Service Engineer at PlasmTherm Europe and multiple positions at Tokyo Electron Ireland, where advancements in high-volume manufacturing equipment were made, significantly reducing maintenance downtime. Chris's engineering career began as an Aircraft Engineer at Aer Lingus and FLS Aerospace Ireland, focusing on the inspection and maintenance of aircraft components. Early experience as a Diesel Fitter at Dublin Bus further solidified expertise in mechanical maintenance. Chris holds a National Certificate in Business Studies from Technological University Dublin.
