Xavier Montibert

Xavier Montibert has extensive work experience in the automotive, mass-transport, and space/aerospace industries, consumer electronics and sport & leisure. Xavier began their career in 1989 as Business Unit Manager at Shuttleworth LLC, where they were responsible for sales and business development, including opening a French office. In 1993, they moved to MAGNA International as European/Asian Sales & Business Development Director. In 2009, they became Managing Director Western Europe at Chargemaster Plc - ADM Concept and in 2013, they took on the role of Director, EMEA Sales & Business Development at Entercoms Inc. In 2016, they became General Manager EMEA at Search Optics and in 2018, they co-founded En Route - Consulting Ltd, a bespoke consulting company helping Irish and International companies exporting to France and for French companies wishing to export to Ireland and French companies looking to set-up/sell in Ireland. Xavier also co-founded PlasmaBound, where they serve as Commercial Director and is responsible for developing a step-change solution for composites and dissimilar structural assemblies.

Xavier Montibert completed their Bachelor's Degree in Erasmus from Dublin City University in 1987-1988. Xavier then attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 1984-1988, where they obtained an IAE Lyon in Business and Marketing. Xavier concluded their education by earning a Master's Degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from EM Strasbourg Business School in 1988-1989.
