Itsik Madjar

Itsik Madjar currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at PLASSON Ltd., managing a team of engineers and spearheading operational excellence and innovation strategies across local and global sites. Madjar has extensive experience leading large-scale improvement projects utilizing Lean, Agile, and problem-solving methodologies, as well as driving Agile digital transformation initiatives. In addition to the role at PLASSON, Madjar is also a lecturer at Reichman University, teaching subjects related to project management and operational excellence. Previous positions include Operational Excellence Leader at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed KPI implementation and cross-factory project management, and roles at TowerJazz, Fibernet, and Intel Corporation focusing on manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and shift management. Itsik Madjar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Braude Academic College.
