Maksym Studilko

Maksym Studilko is the Founder and CEO of Almamater.help since January 2024, with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Maksym has served as a volunteer and holds multiple leadership roles within the Plast National Scout Organization of Ukraine, including Member of the International Management Board and Founder and first CEO of the Vinnytsia Branch. Additionally, Maksym is the Chief Development Officer at Spring of Hope, Ukraine, responsible for leading the development division and assessing organizational capacity. Past positions include Head of Project Office at Donetsk National University, Senior Partnership Officer at Mercy Corps, and various roles in financial planning, human resources, and public policy. Maksym's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Master's in Public Administration from Ukrainian Catholic University.
