Kim Ball

Kim Ball has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kim has held positions such as Vice President of Operations at Plasti-Fab Ltd., Director of Operations at Armtec Precast, and Director of Operations at RESOLVE Campaign. Kim has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Arlington Street Investments and as the Director of Park & Facility Services at Calgary Stampede. Before these roles, they gained experience in various positions at Highfield Investment Group Inc., Architectural Windows & Doors, Gienow Windows and Doors, and Ply Gem Canada. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, consistently achieving operational effectiveness and driving growth.

Kim Ball completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Calgary from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they received a Business Administration Diploma from Lethbridge College, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
