Kris van Vasquez

Kris Van Vasquez has a varied work experience spanning different industries. Kris started their career in 2010 as the Editor of The 214, The Official Magazine of the Lone Star Veterans Association. In 2011, they worked as a Veterans Business Representative at the Texas Veterans Commission. From 2012 to 2013, Kris worked as an Expeditor at Spitzer Industries, Inc. Kris then joined Dynamic Industries as a Project Expeditor & Logistics Specialist from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Kris joined Plastic Express, where they held various roles such as Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Warehousing. During their time at Plastic Express, Kris has been responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, coordinating customer audits, maintaining warehouse staff, and improving safety standards. Prior to their civilian work, Kris also served in the Army National Guard as a Battalion Public Affairs Officer and Raven SUAS Master Trainer from 2006 to 2012.

Kris Van Vasquez attended the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
