Ryan McCauley

Ryan McCauley is an experienced engineering manager currently at Plastic Recycling Inc. since July 2022, previously serving as the Manager of System Manufacturing, Production Support & Maintenance at Contour Hardening, Inc. from December 2010 to July 2022. At Plastic Recycling Inc., Ryan oversees the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of induction heat treat machine systems on both domestic and international scales. Expertise includes managing engineering requirements, conducting ISO and TS certification audits, and optimizing customer service operations. Proficient in SolidWorks, DraftSight, Microsoft Project, and various quality and maintenance management software, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering gained through roles at Real Power and as an intern.
