Roxanne Cordice

Roxanne Cordice, PHR, has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Plasticade - American Louver Company since November 2008. In this role, Roxanne plans and implements company procedures, provides coaching to business leaders and employees, ensures legal compliance, manages weekly payroll, facilitates 401K administration, leads benefits renewal processes, oversees HRIS, and manages the recruitment life cycle. Prior to this position, Roxanne worked at Strange Engineering Inc. for over 13 years, where responsibilities included implementing HR policies, resolving employee relations issues, processing payroll, managing benefits open enrollment, and overseeing recruitment. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Management & Supervision from Oakton College.
