Victor Lefaive

Victor Lefaive has over 18 years of work experience in various management roles in the manufacturing industry. Victor is currently the Director of Operations at Plasticraft Corporation, where they oversee all phases of plant operations and optimizes business workflows. Prior to this, they served as a Plant Manager at Impact Confections, Inc., where they directed all phases of plant manufacturing operations and provided leadership to production teams. Victor also worked as the Manufacturing Services Manager at Nasco Healthcare, leading manufacturing services and foam production departments, and as the Production Development Manager at Nasco, where they managed the production development department and implemented process improvements. In addition, they held the position of Quality Assurance Manager and Manufacturing Operations Manager at Nasco, where they developed quality management systems and managed daily operations, respectively.
