Taylor Teal

Taylor Teal has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career in 2006 at IBM Global Services as a Java Developer. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at IBM and worked there until 2011. Taylor then joined LendingClub in 2016 as a Software Engineer and later became the Lead Software Engineer. In 2015, they participated in an Android Bootcamp at CodePath. In 2019, Taylor joined Plastiq and held several roles, including Staff Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, and currently serves as the Director Of Engineering. Taylor Teal received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the College of Charleston, from the years 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended the Charlotte Country Day School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Taylor Teal obtained certifications as an Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 7 Programmer and an Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 7 Programmer in 2014.
