Lorenzo Katin-Grazzini, PhD

Lorenzo Katin-Grazzini, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Lorenzo is currently employed at Plastomics, Inc. as a Research Scientist since March 2023. Lorenzo previously worked as Co-Founder at Twig Inc from August 2019 to January 2022 and as a Laboratory Production Manager at Cannomic Laboratories from February 2019 to August 2019. Lorenzo also worked at the University of Connecticut as a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant from January 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Lab of Dr. Barbara Kunkel from January 2011 to May 2012, where they co-designed and worked on a genetically transforming project. Lorenzo also worked as a Lab Technician at the Lab of Dr. Yehuda Ben-Shahar from January 2010 to May 2012.

Lorenzo Katin-Grazzini, PhD, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Washington University in St. Louis from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Plant Sciences at the University of Connecticut, completing their studies between 2013 and 2018.
