Jodie Fletcher

Jodie Fletcher is a seasoned professional in casework and community support, currently serving as a Senior Caseworker at Platfform since May 2020 and also holding a Senior Caseworker position at Caerphilly County Borough Council through an ongoing secondment since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Jodie spent nearly six years at Pobl Group as a Community Support Worker and Housing Assistant. Jodie holds an Honors National Certificate in housing studies from Cardiff Metropolitan University, attained between 2016 and 2018.
