Oliver Townsend has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Oliver worked as the Secretary for Cardiff Says Yes during the Welsh referendum for further powers in 2011. Oliver then joined Research in Practice as a Marketing and Communications Officer, where they were responsible for sales and engagement activities until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Oliver worked at Cymorth Cymru in various roles, including Service Development Manager, Policy Manager, and Policy & External Affairs Manager. In 2018, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at YogaMobility. In 2020, Oliver joined Platfform as the Head of Partnerships and Practice. Currently, they are serving as a Board Member and Safeguarding Lead at The Wallich.
