Priscilla Schwalger is an experienced customer service professional with a background in various roles that emphasize communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at The University of Auckland since October 2019, Priscilla handles student inquiries and administrative tasks. Additional roles include ticketing and security with Platform 4 Group, receptionist and accredited interviewer at Citizens Advice Bureau, English Second Language Tutor at TUTOROO, and market research interviewer at Symphony Research.
