Solabomi Adedeji

Solabomi Adedeji is an experienced professional in the fields of corporate development, project management, and talent management. Currently serving as a Partner at Platform Capital Investment Partners since January 2019, Solabomi has previously held the position of Vice President at the same firm from June 2018 to January 2019. Prior experience includes a significant role at Globacom, where Solabomi was the Head of Talent Management & HR Projects, overseeing talent management, learning and development, and process excellence from June 2009 to June 2018, as well as leading business process excellence and learning initiatives. Earlier roles also include Manager of CRM Quality, WFM, and Projects at Globacom Ltd from 2003 to 2009, a Consultant at Econet Wireless from 2001 to 2003, and Operations Officer at Dangote Industries Limited from 1998 to 2001. Solabomi holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Ogun State University, an MBA from Lagos State University, and a PGD in Manpower Planning and Development from the University of Lagos.
