Laura Hooper has extensive experience in customer engagement and case management, currently serving as Customer Experience Team Leader at Platform Housing Group since November 2019, following roles as Asset Management Officer and Customer Experience Officer. Previous positions include Customer Engagement Officer and Customer Engagement Assistant at Fortis Living, as well as Case Worker at West Mercia Police, where legal documentation was meticulously managed and filed. Laura also worked as an Intelligence Analyst at NetWatch Global®, specializing in analyzing fraudulent claims, and began their career as a Catering Assistant at Malvern St James Girls' School. Laura holds a degree in Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Birmingham.
