Elena Griffin

Elena Griffin is a highly experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Platform Science since July 2021, Elena previously held roles at Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineering Manager in the DevSecOps Department, overseeing a team of 13 and implementing key DevSecOps strategies. At Lockheed Martin, Elena demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks as a Scrum Master and software engineer, contributing to projects like the 5th Generation Joint Battle Management System and the Advanced Train Management System. As a co-founder and CEO of Meowing Rooster, LLC, Elena developed mobile applications for the Apple App Store. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
