Randy Sterba

Randy Sterba is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Platform Science since January 2022, Randy oversees the Integrations/Developer Experience team. Prior experience includes leading the software engineering efforts for Autour Guide, focusing on an app for the museum and cultural site industry, and a lengthy tenure at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where Randy managed mobile application development teams. Randy's earlier roles at Answer Financial involved directing software development, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives, while also serving as a technical lead for significant integration projects. Additional experience includes leading development at GMAC-RFC and consulting for Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution. Randy earned a degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1981 and 1986.
