Simão Belchior began their education in 2001 at Escola Secundária Filipa de Vilhena, where they completed their 12º grade diploma in Science in 2002. In 2002, they enrolled at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, pursuing a Master's degree in Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering. However, they did not complete this degree as they switched their field of study. From 2004 to 2009, Simão attended the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering. In 2008, they briefly studied Software Engineering at VIA University College.
