Janna B.

Janna B. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Janna began their career at Northeast Bank in 1999 as a Personal Banker. Janna then moved on to become a Bookkeeper II, where they performed various bookkeeping activities and resolved internal and external issues. Janna later transitioned to the role of an Electronic Banking Specialist, where they stayed for a significant period of time until 2020.

In 2020, Janna joined Northeast Bank again, this time as a Senior Digital Banking Specialist. During this role, they made significant contributions to the implementation and training of new employees in the Electronic Banking department. Additionally, they played a key role in ensuring compliance with audit and risk management policies and regulations.

In 2022, Janna took on the position of a Cash Management Relationship Manager and continued to excel in their role. Janna developed strong interpersonal and leadership skills, designed customized training materials, and provided product and technical demonstrations to clients.

More recently, in 2023, Janna joined Platinum Bank as a VP Cash Management Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for selling, implementing, training, and directing the servicing of cash management products targeted for small to small-medium sized businesses. Janna also collaborates with Business Bankers to develop marketing plans for growing new cash management relationships.

Janna B. obtained an Associate's degree in Mathematics from North Dakota State College of Science in 1999. Janna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Metro State University, completing it in 2007.
