Nelson Bettencourt, III

Nelson Bettencourt, III has a wealth of experience in the logistics industry. Nelson currently serves as President of Platinum Cargo Logistics Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing corporate development, strategic planning, and growth. Nelson also leads local office start-up and manages organization integrations and mergers. Prior to their current role, Nelson worked as District Director at Crane Worldwide Logistics from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they served as SVP at CEVA Logistics from 2008 to 2016. Nelson began their career at EGL-Eagle Global Logistics (I) Ltd in 1992, where they held the position of SVP until 2007.

Nelson Bettencourt, III completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at California State University-Sacramento from 1974 to 1979.
